ANZ digital-asset platform
Internal apps for the bank's digital-asset platform, built while embedded through Block Majority. Operational workflows moved on-chain, to a bank's standards — every change through accessibility, security and design-system review.

The work
Internal teams ran manual processes around the bank's digital-asset products. I built the apps those teams moved onto — operational dashboards and review tooling in React and TypeScript — cutting manual work on one core process by about 30%.
The bar was a bank's: every change went through accessibility, security and design-system review before release. It slows you down, then it makes you precise.
LLM-assisted review
One internal review process took hours per pass. I introduced an LLM step into the tooling: the model pre-reads the material and drafts the review, and a person confirms it. Passes dropped from hours to minutes.
The interesting part was not the model call. It was shaping the interface so a reviewer trusts the draft enough to start from it, and can still see past it when they need to.
Reliability
The frontend codebase was large and inherited. I took unit test coverage from 55% to 85% and refactored the React code so it was safer to change — the unglamorous work that lets a small team release to a bank's schedule.
